Who qualifies for cashback?
You will only qualify for cashback if:
- Your loan has accumulated a minimum interest of £50.
- You did not miss any payments for the lifetime of your loan.
- You complete a survey which will be sent through to you a week after the repayment of your loan. The survey must be completed within four days.
- Cashback only applies to payday loans offered by Cashfloat. This offer does not include personal loans or business loans or where Cashfloat has acted as a credit broker.
- The offer is subject to be withdrawn at Cashfloat’s discretion at any time.
Did you know? You can still qualify for cashback if you repay your loan early, as long as your loan interest is at least £50.

How will I get the money once I pay my loan?
You do not need to contact us to claim the cashback, we will contact you one week after the loan is repaid.
- A week after your loan is paid off, you will receive an email and SMS with a link to a survey. The survey link will expire after 4 days, after which you will lose your claim to cashback if the survey was not filled.
- After answering the survey, we will issue the cashback directly into the bank account you provided at the time of application. (You’ll be entitled to the cashback regardless of how you answer the survey questions).
- The Cashback sum is 5% of the interest you paid.
