If you are not able to repay your loan as planned, then you should call us right away and discuss your problem with our customer service team who are happy to help. In most instances we are able to sort out the issues and can extend the loan for a short amount of time. Please note, by extending your loan, this may increase the total amount to pay back and may also affect the way your account is reported to the credit reference agencies. Please speak to your account manager for further information.

Our staff are friendly and happy to rearrange your repayment plan to find a solution that works for you. Calling us before you miss a repayment will save you from having to pay the £10 missed repayment fee, so make sure to call or email before your repayment is due. We want to make it work for you. Applying for a Loan

Not normally. In most cases, no documents are needed from you when you apply for a loan with Cashfloat as we have all the information we need from your loan application to make a decision. However, we may sometimes need you to provide some extra documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements. In these cases, we will contact you to let you know what is required.

It is very unlikely we will have to contact your employer when you apply for a loan with us. However, occasionally we will have to resort to this option in order to verify that you are employed or for other similar reasons. Additionally, if a customer fails to repay their loan and we cannot reach them on the contact details they have provided we may have to contact their employer.

If you submit an online loan application after 5:30 pm, before 9:00 am or at weekends, our underwriting team will process it just after 9:00 am of the next working day. We want to make sure you’ll be able to repay your loan with no guarantor, so we have a few basic criteria for those applying. You must:

  • Have a UK bank account
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a reliable source of income

As a responsible lender, we only allow our borrowers to have one loan from us at a time. Receiving and Managing Your Loan

With Cashfloat, we'll do our best to get your quick loan into your bank account anywhere between 10 mins and 1 hour after approval. If your bank doesn’t support Faster Payment Services (FPS), it could take longer. All our quick loans are funded on the same day for no extra fee, provided that you applied during office hours. Applications made after 5:30 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be our priority first thing next working day.

Yes, all of our loans are based in the UK. We believe that dealing with a lender close to home is so much easier. Our main offices are based in North West London, and like all payday UK lenders, we are registered and authorised by the FCA.

Every applicant has the right to cancel and withdraw from your online loan agreement within 14 days of signing the loan agreement. If you do withdraw, you must pay back the amount you borrowed and the total amount of interest you have accumulated in that period of borrowing the loan.
