How do I access and use my account?

This guide is to help Cashfloat customers to navigate their accounts and use them effectively using a desktop computer or mobile device.

Registering for an account

If you have never used our login before, you will need to register for an account first. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Login’ button on the top right hand corner of the Cashfloat website, and then select “Forgot password or NEW USER”:

Once you have clicked on this, you will be presented with a screen asking you to fill in a few basic details (your name, date of birth, email address and mobile number). Please note that the details you provide must match the information on your most recent loan with us. This section of the website is only open for customers with a past or existing loan with us.

After you press continue, you will receive a text message to your registered mobile number containing a code, which you should type into the box. Once you have inputted this code, you will be prompted to input a new, memorable password. You can read more about choosing a secure password here.

You will then automatically be logged in to your free Cashfloat account. Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to quickly and easily login to your account 24/7.

Logging into your account

To log in to your account, simply click on the ‘Login’ button on the top right hand side of the webpage. You will then need to put in your email address or mobile number and the password that you chose following your registration.

If you have forgotten your password, you can always press the blue ‘Forgot password’ which will direct you to the ‘Register’ screen where you can create a new password by putting in your personal details again.

What is the Cashfloat dashboard?

Once you log in, you will be presented with your own personalised account dashboard:

Under your loan number, you can see basic information about your account, such as how much your active loan is for, when your next payment is due and your repayment plan below. Note the ‘Close loan today’. This figure will tell you how much it will cost you to close your loan today. Closing your payday loan early is free and can save you money on interest.

Below the dark grey bar at the top, you have 2 options (besides for the one you are currently on):

  2. This gives you the options to;

    a) Close loan now

    This button can be used to close your loan early using the debit card we have on file for you.

    If you need to change the debit card, you can do this by using the ‘Edit Details’ screen explained below. Pressing ‘Pay now’ will take the payment from your card and close the loan for you.

    b) Make a payment

    This button is to make a payment towards your balance. You can type in the amount you would like to pay, then press ‘Pay now’.

    c) Summary of borrowing

    This button will automatically download your summary of borrowing to your computer for your records.

    d) Download contract

    This button will automatically download your loan contract to your computer for your records.

    e) Change password

    By clicking on this button you can change your password details.

How do I edit my details?

On the grey bar at top, you have the option to edit your details:

Adding a Card

The default screen allows you to add a new card for payment and set your primary debit card. If your card is not confirmed, you will see ‘Verify’. By clicking this, 0.01p will be debited from your card to confirm that the card is active. Once a card is verified, there will be a green tick next to ‘Verified’.

You can add a new card by pressing the plus button below ‘Add new’.

Adding/Changing Your Address

Select the ‘Address’ button, this will allow you to add a new address or change your primary address.

You can add a new address by pressing the plus button below ‘Add new’. You will need to enter the postcode of the address you would like to add and choose the full address from the list. The primary address can then be selected.

Your Contact Details

The ‘contacts’ button will display all your contact details. You can add new contact details by selecting the plus button below ‘Add new’ or verify existing ones. You can also tick which ones are primary (i.e. where we can best reach you).

Loans History

By clicking the third tab, ‘History’, on the grey bar at the top, you will be shown all loans, whether active or closed and their basic information.

Contacting Cashfloat

By clicking on the 4th tab ‘Contact’ on the grey bar at the top – you will see our contact information. If you need help at any point, feel free to contact our friendly customer support team.

Can I apply for a new loan with my Cashfloat login?

You can also use your login to apply for a new loan using the ‘Apply for a new loan’ button on the top right hand side of the dashboard. Please note: you can only apply for a new loan if you do not have a loan open.
