How to Access the Cashfloat Login Area
If you have never used our login before, you will need to register for an account first. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Login’ button on the top right hand corner of the Cashfloat website, and then select “Forgot password or NEW USER”:
Once you have clicked on this, you will be presented with a screen asking you to fill in a few basic details (your name, date of birth, email address and mobile number). Please note that the details you provide must match the information on your most recent loan with us.
After you press continue, you will receive a text message to your registered mobile number containing a code, which you should type into the box. Once you have inputted this code, you will be prompted to input a new, memorable password. You can read more about choosing a secure password here.
You will then automatically be logged in to your free Cashfloat account. Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to quickly and easily login to your account 24/7.
To log in to your account, simply click on the ‘Login’ button on the top right hand side of the webpage. You will then need to put in your email address or mobile number and the password that you chose following your registration.
If you have forgotten your password, you can always press the blue ‘Forgot password’ which will direct you to the ‘Register’ screen where you can create a new password by putting in your personal details again. Please note that the online account is only available to those who have an active loan, or have had a loan with us in the past. It will not show the progress of an application. To check the progress of your application, follow the status link sent to you via email.
Navigating the Login Area
Once you’re logged in, you will see 4 tabs at the top of the screen:
Once you log in, you will be presented with your own personalised account dashboard. You’ll be able to see your current loan repayment plan as well as when your next payment is due and for how much. You’ll also see the ‘Pay Something Today’ widget, which is a quick and easy way to make payments towards your loan to save you money. Don’t want to make any payments until you see how much you’ll save? No problem! Just click on the savings calculator to work out how much you will save if you make a payment today!
You can also use your login to apply for a new direct lender payday loan using the ‘Apply for a new loan’ button on the top right hand side of the dashboard. Please note: This option will be greyed out if you have a current loan open as you can only have 1 loan with Cashfloat open at a time.Click here to log in
To manage your loan, press the ‘Manage your loan’ button which will give you a drop-down menu of a few options:
This button can be used to close your loan early using the debit card we have on file for you.
If you need to change the debit card, you can do this by using the ‘Edit Details’ screen explained below. Pressing ‘Pay now’ will take the payment from your card and close the loan for you.
This button will automatically download your summary of borrowing to your computer for your records.
This button is to make a payment towards your balance. You can type in the amount you would like to pay, then press ‘Pay now’.
This button will automatically download your loan contract to your computer for your records.
By clicking on this button you can change the password to your personal login area.
Editing your information
On the grey bar at top, you have the option to edit your details:
The default screen allows you to add a new card for payment and set your primary debit card. If your card is not confirmed, you will see ‘Verify’. By clicking this, we will verify the validity of your card with your bank. Once a card is verified, there will be a green tick next to ‘Verified’.
You can add a new card by pressing the plus button below ‘Add new’.
Select the ‘Address’ button, this will allow you to add a new address or change your primary address.
You can add a new address by pressing the plus button below ‘Add new’. You will need to enter the postcode of the address you would like to add and choose the full address from the list. The primary address can then be selected.
The ‘Contacts’ button will display all your contact details. You can add new contact details by selecting the plus button below ‘Add new’ or verify existing ones. You can also tick which ones are primary (i.e. where we can best reach you).
By clicking the third tab, ‘History’, on the grey bar at the top, you will be shown all loans, whether active or closed and their basic information.
